My monk is only 50 (next on deck to go to 80 but not there yet).The biggest difference between the two for end game is that Samurai provides very little raid utility, whereas Ninja brings two very important assets - aggro management and Trick Attack. You can transfer your aggro generation to someone else with shade walker.Samurai is still beef DPS, no utility - like the BLM. The ninja is fun, still feels a little clunky at times but I enjoy it. I don't know if it has been established yet which is more sought after, but you should have no problem finding groups with either.
